1. Digital Products and Services
Newsletter Subscriptions
For paid newsletter subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of your current billing cycle.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting customer service.
Digital Content
For downloadable content, guides, or other digital products:
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the digital content has been delivered or access has been provided.
- However, if you are unable to access or download the content due to technical issues on our end, we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
- If you believe the digital content was misrepresented, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting customer service with an explanation of the issue.
2. Physical Products
Merchandise Returns
For physical merchandise (such as Yankees Fan Zone apparel, memorabilia, etc.):
- You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
For standard returns:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
3. Event Tickets and Experiences
Yankees Game Experiences
For Yankees game tickets or experience packages:
- All sales for event tickets are generally final unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
- If an event is postponed, tickets will typically be honored for the new date.
- If an event is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.
- For premium experience packages, cancellation requests made 30 or more days before the event may be eligible for a refund minus a 15% administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests made less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for refunds but may be transferred to another person with prior notification to us.

4. Gift Cards
Yankees Fan Zone gift cards:
- Cannot be returned or refunded for cash unless required by law.
- Do not expire and have no maintenance fees.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we approve your refund:
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your credit card company.
- Debit card refunds typically appear within 10 business days.
- Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days to process.
- Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.
6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, please contact our customer service team, and we will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
In cases of extreme circumstances beyond your control (such as hospitalization or bereavement), we may offer exceptions to our standard refund policy at our discretion. Documentation may be requested.
